Our Services

Family Dynamics operates in four locations and offers a variety of services. All of our therapist are trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We offer individual, couples, family and child counseling services. Moreover, we hold a weekly teen group and are also certified to teach Triple P Parenting classes.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers. This modality addresses the specific emotional and mental health needs of children, adolescents, adult survivors, and families who are struggling to overcome the destructive effects of early trauma resulting from abuse, violence, or grief. All of our therapists are trained in Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy.

Individual, Couples, Family and Child Therapy

Family Dynamics offers therapy for your whole family. Wether you need individual counseling or struggle in your relationship we got you covered.

Our therapists implement a number of treatment modalities in order to meet the unique needs of each of our clients and their individual circumstance. We accept clients of all ages, from 3-100.

Teen Group

Mental Health Practitioners provide life skills and coping skills for teens in a supportive group setting with rotating topics. Weekly topics include mindfulness, self-esteem, managing emotions, grief and loss, healthy relationships, communication conflict resolution, and more.

The group is catering for teens ages 13-17. There is no fee to attend the group. Teen group meets on Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm at 850 Parsons Drive, Redding, CA. Drop-ins are welcome.

Triple P-Positive Parenting Program

Triple P, Positive Parenting Program is one of the most effective evidence-based parenting programs. It is backed by more than 35 years of ongoing research. Triple P gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage their children’s behavior, and prevent developing problems. Triple P has various levels that address many parenting categories. Currently we serve:
